At the national level: community centers that help people in need; indigenous, ill and physically handicapped people, disadvantaged children, mentally handicapped, ex - drug addicts, immigrants, school kitchens, kinder gardens, maternity homes for abandoned children, children's homes inacted by courts and centers of educational support.

Requirements to Join the BALMEVG Network of Receiving Entities
In order to insure the correct use of the donations received by BALMEVG, receiving entities have to fulfill the following requirements to join our network:
- Have appropriate accreditation: possess legal status or be directly linked to an organization which has legal status, certified to be created to help people in need
- Have existed at least six (6) months
- Deliver food for free and unconditionally to people who need it
- Do not discriminate in the distribution of food because of race, religion, sex or any other cause
- Maintain facilities in an adequate sanitary condition in accordance with the service provided
- Provide a monthly list of beneficiaries of the program and to maintain a register that allows BALMEVG to evaluate the help provided
- Be located within the geographical distribution area of BALMEVG
- Not sell or redeem the goods received from BALMEVG for money, goods or services
- Sign the acceptance of the requirements set by BALMEVG
- Provide a written authorization to the person who will collect the goods from BALMEVG
BALMEVG will verify the compliance with these requirements at the premises of the receiving entities with the help of volunteers.
The decision regarding the inclusion in network of BALMEVG will be communicated to the potential recipient by a BALMEVG volunteer making the visit.
If the entity is included in the network of BALMEVG, there will be monthly follow-ups, also conducted by volunteers.
Under no circumstance may the receiving entities sell, assign, transfer or barter food and goods received as a donation from BALMEVG.
